Order Processing and Delivery

• My Precious Paws strives to process all orders within 48 hours of when your order and payment are received. Many times, orders are processed the same day they are received. Depending on distance of shipment from the distribution center, actual delivery time may take two to seven business days within the Canada.
• An email confirmation will be sent to you once your order is approved. Once your order ships, a second email will be sent to you.
• My Precious Paws ships orders by expedited Canada Post.
• Delivery times may vary, depending on distribution center location, product availability, etc.
• We process orders seven days a week, except for certain holidays.
• We take your privacy seriously and do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal contact information with any third party, other than what is necessary to process your payment. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
• You will be notified via email if an item is backordered and the expected shipping and delivery information. You can then let us know if you wish to wait for the order, cancel it, or make another selection.
